President & CEO
Co-founder, president, and CEO Stefan Hoenig ensures that Syncfusion blazes new trails in the software component industry, all in an effort to produce leading-edge software component libraries. Stefan's leadership and vision enable developers to produce quality software with ease. Prior to co-founding Syncfusion, Stefan led the design and architectural effort of several foundational products at Rogue Wave Software. Stefan's roots are in Munich, Germany, where he grew up and later attended the Technical University at Munich (TUM).
Vice President
As vice president, Daniel Jebaraj leads Syncfusion's product development. Daniel oversees overall product development and plans for specific releases. By actively engaging with customers, Daniel ensures that each new product improves based on customer feedback. Previously, as vice president of development, Daniel focused on driving product development at Syncfusion. Before joining Syncfusion in 2001, Daniel managed development teams at Rogue Wave Software. Daniel holds a master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University.
Director of Technical Support
Dr. Clay Burch has been the Director of Technical Support at Syncfusion, Inc. since 2002. Prior to working at Syncfusion, Clay was a consultant, trainer, and support engineer for Rogue Wave Software's Stingray Division.
Director of Development
Davis Jebaraj is the Director of Development at Syncfusion. He has over 15 years of experience working with .NET, MFC, and other development technologies for software planning and development.
Director of Sales
As a Director of Sales at Syncfusion, Christian is committed to expanding the company’s success in innovative ways to make Syncfusion one of the premier component vendors on the market.
General Counsel
Syncfusion’s General Counsel, Jaclyn Vidusic, is an Alabama licensed attorney who exercises the highest ethics and best judgement to ensure the legal security of Syncfusion. She also manages the company’s internal legal team and coordinates with all outside legal counsel.

Brad Freeman is a Director of Sales at Syncfusion. With over 10 years of experience in sales and management, Brad motivates the sales team to grow and expand with the company.
